01Context
Saudi footwear brand and factory selling on Zid. Delivered while Nour was at Swarms Agency, for a Jeddah-based agency partner. Nour owned the account end to end as Digital Marketing Specialist acting as Performance Marketing Manager: paid ads, organic content and performance reporting.
02Commercial objective
Run Ramadan and Eid across three platforms and report a result the business could trust, after a period where the store analytics could not be used to judge the ads.
03Execution
- 01Moved result reporting to Zid, the store's order system
- 02Used platform numbers only to steer budget between Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
- 03Free shipping on orders of 250 SAR or more as the order-value offer
- 04Product carousels for sport and casual lines
- 05Post-season content recommendations to the brand
04Measurement
Zid was the source of truth for sales, orders, customers and visits. Ad platform purchases were used to compare platforms against each other, never as the reported result.
05Outcome
50,518 SAR in sales from 216 orders and 205 customers, with 30,650 store visits, on 28,314 SAR of ad spend including VAT, between 1 March and 20 April 2025.
06What this demonstrates
Published Zid-verified results for a seasonal campaign across three platforms, with the gap between platform-reported and store-recorded purchases made visible.
