Path B / Growth / Diagnostic routing

Bring the growth problem, not the channel request.

Start from the state you are in. Each one routes to what gets inspected first, before any budget moves.

Attention is weak
Inspect message and creative before buying more reach.
Clicks exist but intent collapses
Inspect the offer and the journey before blaming the media.
Conversion looks wrong
Verify measurement before rewriting the story.
CAC looks acceptable but margin does not
Do not call it growth.
The process cannot survive handoff
Treat the scale as fragile.

Which layerthe problem sits in.

This is the range I work across, grouped by where in the system a problem shows up. The grouping is structural, not a claim about which layer breaks most often.

01Demand and economics

Acquisition efficiency against economics
Cost per customer is read against what a customer can be worth, not against a platform benchmark.
E-commerce and marketplace acquisition
Order economics and repeat behaviour matter, and where the marketplace model has more than one acquisition side, each side has to be read in its own commercial context.

02Journey and decision

Funnel leakage
The task is to find where value stops moving between attention, intent, conversion and repeat, rather than assuming the media layer is the break.
Offer and decision friction
When people arrive and do not act, inspect what the offer asks for and what the journey makes difficult.

03Measurement and operations

Tracking, attribution and measurement confidence
When numbers disagree or measurement cannot support a budget decision, verify the measurement before acting.
Marketing operations and execution systems
Reporting, workflow, automation and AI-assisted operations become part of the diagnosis when execution or repeatability is the constraint.

One operating scope, not a service list.

These are parts of the same system. Which parts are needed depends entirely on where the diagnosis lands, and some of them may not be needed at all.

  1. 01Growth strategy and funnel diagnosis
  2. 02Paid media planning and execution across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads
  3. 03Offer and creative direction input where the bottleneck sits there
  4. 04Conversion tracking and measurement setup across GA4 and GTM
  5. 05Reporting structure and optimization logic
  6. 06Marketing operations, automation and AI-assisted workflows
  7. 07Team alignment and execution ownership

The evidence, stated at its real size.

Context led, no published figures

  • Tracking, measurement and marketing operations. Published scope and context are shown without performance figures, and nothing is estimated to fill the gap.

Where this works, and where it does not.

Current working principles, not contract terms. They exist so the first conversation can be short and honest in both directions.

Good fit

  • There is a measurable growth target, stated commercially
  • There is willingness to inspect economics, funnel and measurement, not only ad settings
  • There is enough data and context available to reach a diagnosis
  • Changes can be made beyond media when the bottleneck sits elsewhere

Weak fit

  • A guaranteed ROAS or guaranteed revenue number is expected
  • A channel operator is wanted while offer, funnel and tracking stay untouchable
  • Reporting is wanted for reassurance rather than for commercial decisions
  • Behavioural hacks or gimmicks are expected instead of measured decisions

Growth conversation

Start with the problem. The pitch can wait.

Send the context below on LinkedIn. The conversation starts from the business problem, not from a channel request.

  • Business model
  • Goal in numbers
  • Current bottleneck
  • What has been tried
  • What you can measure / constraints
