Outsourced marketing lead and team for brands in Egypt

The short answer

I act as the marketing lead for Egyptian brands and my team executes: the first two weeks are an audit and a plan you approve, then ads, content and design go live with a weekly report on sales and cost per sale. It suits brands spending from 30,000 EGP a month on ads.

Where it usually goes wrong

Brands at this stage usually have a freelancer for ads, another for design and nobody owning the number. Each part is busy, the plan lives in someone's head, and the monthly report explains spend instead of sales.

Not a testing problem. A consolidation problem: the learning stayed inside separate campaigns.

Combine the existing winners first, build the store and campaigns around them, then add media.
