Meta and TikTok ads for e-commerce brands in Egypt

The short answer

I run Meta and TikTok ads for Egyptian online stores and report results from the store's own orders, not from Ads Manager. For Lolla's on Shopify that meant EGP 1.6M in gross sales and 525 orders from about EGP 200K in media over three months, an 8x return.

Where it usually goes wrong

Most Egyptian stores that ask for ads already run them. The winning products, governorates and angles exist, but they sit in separate campaigns that each learn alone, so more budget buys more of the average instead of more of what sells.

Run · MonthlyFrom 30,000 EGP in monthly ad spend. My fee is separate.

  2. 2Diagnosis

Not a testing problem. A consolidation problem: the learning stayed inside separate campaigns.

  3. 3Decision

Combine the existing winners first, build the store and campaigns around them, then add media.

Questions

Do you report ROAS from Meta or from the store?

From the store. Lolla's numbers come from Shopify. Ad platforms count purchases differently, so the store's orders are the number we manage to.

Which platforms do you run in Egypt?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok for most stores, and Google where people search for the product by name.

Can you work with my in-house designer?

Yes. My team can produce the creatives, or we write the briefs and your designer produces them.

Tell me where you sell and what you need first.
